The Field Services Dispatch Center is fully operational under the direction of Nicole and Jack Legg. All sampling requests must be received, in written form, by the dispatch center for scheduling. To perform the task efficiently and cost effectively, the dispatch center must receive sampling request forms clearly and completely filled in, together with a field map and explicit directions to the field.
